Terms of Service

These Terms of Service set out the rules for using the website available at polandautomationhub.pl(hereinafter: the "Site"), operated by Poland Automations Hub, based in Kraków (hereinafter: "PAH").

Using the Site constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

The Site is informational in nature and presents PAH's offering in the area of IT consulting, process automation and AI implementation for small and medium-sized enterprises. The Site does not constitute an offer within the meaning of the Polish Civil Code.

A free consultation can be booked via the contact forms. Using a form does not constitute entering into a service agreement.

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, page layout — is the property of PAH or of parties that have granted a license, and is protected under copyright and related rights law.

Copying, modifying or distributing the content without PAH's prior written consent is prohibited.

PAH makes reasonable efforts to keep information on the Site accurate and up to date, but does not guarantee its completeness or freedom from errors. PAH is not liable for decisions made based on content published on the Site.

PAH is not liable for interruptions in the Site's availability caused by technical work, connection failures, or other circumstances beyond PAH's control.

The Site may contain links to external websites. PAH is not responsible for the content or privacy policies of third-party sites.

PAH reserves the right to change these Terms. Changes take effect on the day they are published on the Site. Continued use of the Site after changes are introduced constitutes acceptance of them.

Matters not regulated by these Terms are governed by Polish law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the court with jurisdiction over PAH's registered office.
